I know you asked for some critiques of your artwork, so I figured I'd start with your main character ref!
First let me say this, and this applies to all of your character refs, I love the art style you made them in! It's just the right mix of detailed, but comic-like to work with a graphic novel! It's a great look you achieved!
Now on to the critique of the actual character! Dillon is a very rugged looking man! Knowing he is Irish in origin, I might guess he is Black Irish based on the way you drew him. (That may not have been what you were aiming for, but that's what it looks like to me!) His shifted forms have a very stern look in the face, like a man, er... wolf on a mission would have! The height proportions look good, as does the body shape for each shifted type. I also love the fur color choices!
Overall, Dillon is a great looking character, and I can't wait to see him be used in the comic!

You have it right and that Dillon is the primary protagonist to the story. (He's not my icon for nothing.) I haven't actually heard of 'Black Irish' before this and it's a subject I'm going to read into over this week. And you're pretty much right on his seriousness.
His attitude is somewhat based on my own father, more of the old fashioned masculine type that doesn't show his feelings easily. It's going to be a challenge to illustrate him when his expressions barely, or rarely change drastically, but I hope it adds a more darker side to him which will be explored in the story.
His fur colours are my personal absolute favourite. And just running off the Irish theme his colours were based on a pint of Guinness.
