Sad thing is, I bet all the Bat Boys (with the exception of Dick who apparantly can eat like a pig and be fine) stick to a diet.

Yeah, also sad is that Tim used to pig out and eat snacks before, but after everyone died on him he seems to stick with the salad

Well, since he became a lot more like Bruce after his dad, best friend and first love died...and more so after Bruce "died", makes sense he goes on a Bruce style diet (keeping body at constant peak condition)
