This reminds me of a Van Goh painting almost... very very beautiful and the atmosphere is so desolate and surreal. Amazing!

first, I love the colors
and then this idea of putting this frame in the image is great , I love these "mise en abime" (I don't know the translation in english )
and the frame just makes the image so still , even if the bird is "moving" , this frame catches something, a moment , as in photography
wonderful

if you are worried about people accusing you of ripping photos or not getting permission from the artist, then get your images from someplace like sxc.hu or morguefile.com they both have stock images which are free to use and they've got a great selection...(that frame that you and I both used came from sxc.hu) so it's there for other artists to use anyways....that's what stock art is for!! then just state in your description that the stock art came from whereever....then people can't complain!!

Hey leave him alone. I’ve seen tons of pictures on this site that have used other people’s stuff. And he wasn't trying to be sneaky about it. He flat out said I got it here. It was an innocent mistake.

I stand in the red sand so sad as I can be, wings scattered and burned in the wind, the sky so far away. Even so, a path lays before my feet and I look away to the horizon to see the frame where I once stood... Nothing can prepare me for the trip of my memories. Memories I want to turn red and burn away.

yeps, *damnengine is right, provided u are not granted a permission from the authors.

in this situation i advise u to hide/delete those pieces from your gallery which consist of images u weren't granted a permission for. In the future u better contact an author and ask before u use something of his. it's a matter of being fair, isn't it?

You can't just grab stuff of the internet and use it, everything on the internet is copyrighted unless stated othewise, so what you're doing is technically ripping yes.
