The graveyard shiftA 80 year old man in a cemetery, gathering the hay he had cut some while back, so he’ll have something to feed the animals during winter time… It struck me quite hard to see him in that posture … a man this old without a patch of land he can freely work… But this is the world we live in …

Yeah.. I am starting to think it's a bit too sharp , but back in that day I had a different way of sharpening and seeing a sharp image.
Indeed it was a lovely encounter. I can still see the old man in my head whenever I want to. He's quite the marking character

Wow...super tare poza. Cum se vad ridurile omului...si cum sta ...parca mai mai astepata sa-i vina moartea , cu sapa in mana...sa-si sape si singurel groapa .

Nu consider chiar asa de trista, pana la urma e doar o realitate in care traim zi de zi, insa modul in care ai facut poza scoate in evidena trasaturile dansului, cel putin la o prima vedere cam asta vrea sa arate desi aparentele pot insela

its beautiful! very moving, and yes it is sad about the land, but even before i read your description i felt a sad tug with this photo

The situation really got to me cause as I walked twards him to ask for permision to take a photo .. he asked in what I could interpret as fear ... if I were to show someone the photos ... poor old man , though I was going to "tell on him" :-<
