What a handsome Snowshoe you have!Β [calling him snowshoe from the markings~Β He's got the look, baby!]Brings back memories of one I had so many years ago~Β Mine wasn't pure, probably; just a kitten abandoned outside my apartment, by the guests of one of my neighbors~Β I watched them just toss it out of their car, when I was around 12~Β Had to take him~Β Great times~Β Great memories~Β Thank you~

Oh yes, very rare indeed, and yet not really~Β snowshoes are a mix breed; you cannot get a pure snowshoe by mating two together, as the markings are all recessive~Β As a result, and this was told to me YEARS ago at a cat show, so my data may be incorrect at this point in time, but in order to get the right markings you need to mate your snowshoe with something else with the most desirable breeds being Ragdolls, Burmese and Siamese~
Not counting papers, you can usually tell if your kitty has some ragdoll in them by the way they 'ragdoll', or go limpΒ when you're holding them~

No he is either a Burmese or a Ragdoll.They are very expensive if sold to the right breeder.I looked it up on the internet.He is pretty big.I should Β get a full body shot.

No,No.I mean tin general if those cats are sold to the right breeder the asking price makes since because they know what they are looking for.Its like when you buy a car it depends if the car has its original parts,Rust is a big issue because you have to put more money in the care depending how bad it is,What model,brand and kind of car it is,and condition.It all depends when you buy a CERTAIN animal with a certain price.
