Description
Another Gundam 00 mobile suit: The SVMS-01 Union Flag!According to the page translation on Gunota Headlines, the Union Flag is a mass-produced, transformable mobile suit fielded by the Union (from what I've read, it's mainly composed of the former USA) in and around 2307 AD.
The Union Flag stands at 17.9 meters tall, and weighing 67.1 metric tons (this appears to be a pretty standard weight for mobile suits of this period). It wields a linear rifle, a super-vibrating sonic blade, and a plasma energy blade (possibly the rotor assembly on the left arm). The Union Flag does not necessarily have the ability to transform during combat, and may require extensive reconfiguring in a hangar prior to launch. Two sets of wings adorn the back and rear pelvis of the Union Flag, suggesting it has flight capability in mobile suit mode. The Union apparently fields numerous variations of this model.
Stay tuned, there's more to come!

The only reason they're so skinny is because they don't need a generator on board as they get power from the space elevators.
Also the Flag CAN transform mid-combat, its a principle feature that improves it over the realdo
Good work though!

It can transform in flight, but the stresses and instabilities involved make it incredibly dangerous for even experienced pilots.

The Flag doesn't get power from the space elevators. Only the Enact has that feature. These are skinny because they wouldn't be very aerodynamic otherwise. If they had big bulky limbs, they'd act as big flaps that would severely disrupt stable flight whenever they move.

They sure are. They were longer before but I went back and shortened them a bit.

And this thing is supposed to weigh over 65 tons, too. I wonder if these mobile suits ever fell prey to broken legs.

LOL, that suit's look like if it's on an extreme diet. Heh, I might use it's design later on.

Well, a thin frame is best when trying to make something that flies.

This one reason I am iffy about gundam 00 the mecha designs and the other is the plot is basicly a copy of wings.

Um...no. With the exception of Setsuna, all the other Gundam Meisters are older than 17.

Those llegs and arms are quite longer than the normal. Is this related to any specific part of its performance? Like speed?

I think so. What's said in the description is all the information released so far.
