Description
The brief for this commission was a close up of a sword, held by a woman, showing the reflection of a dragon in the blade. Is it quite a simple image but hopefully striking in it's design. As you will see I went a bit dragon mad with the details
Maybe she's friends with the dragon, maybe she's a dragon slayer? - I'll let the viewer decide.

This seems sort sort of like the color of the first VHS version of Mulan. In that image a sword crossed her face and showed an alter-ego. I may be being fanciful but thats what I got out of this image. A warrior with the spirit of a dragon.

This is probably my most favorite of your works Anne! Very aesthetic...really makes the viewer think about what they're looking at.

To me, it appears as if the blade is showing the dragon's reflection. That way, it brings to mind the idea of a possible conflict in the beginning stage.

iuno why but I see it as the dragon is a part of her. When I first saw it, it was like the sword reflected her inner self. Then i realized... "Wait, its the reflexion of what infront of her " XD
