Description
This is an artwork that I have just completed. I think wolves are wonderful creatures and although from the real world I hope this composition implies an element of fantasy by the character's unusual friendship. The girl's crouched pose leaning into the wolf is designed to look as if she might run off away from the viewer and join the wolves rather than chose human company. I have made their eyes quite similar to also hint at this tie in.A big thanks to photographer Neil Chapman and model Samii for the photo that I used as reference when painting the girl.

Very Beautiful. The whole emotion of this speaks for its self. She has a curious expression, yet at the same time you can see the stalking look of a wolf though her gaze.

This is amazing. In Shamanism, the wolf is an animal of power and represents love, healthy relationships, loyalty, generosity and teaching. So you are totally right about it. And i was about to talk about the eyes, very similar yes. The blurry background gives a good attention to them too. Very good, ty.
