Description
This is an artwork that I have just completed. I think wolves are wonderful creatures and although from the real world I hope this composition implies an element of fantasy by the character's unusual friendship. The girl's crouched pose leaning into the wolf is designed to look as if she might run off away from the viewer and join the wolves rather than chose human company. I have made their eyes quite similar to also hint at this tie in.A big thanks to photographer Neil Chapman and model Samii for the photo that I used as reference when painting the girl.

All the tiny furs you can see on the wolf, and the girls light purple and silver hair, Its just so awesome!
I love how you can also see all the little details on the rock just like on the wolf and girl.
