The work exhibits little of the fundament bases of anatomy. For starters, you appear to have difficulty drawing digits. They seem misshapen and rushed, as do your torsoes and I dare say if you put as much time into the parts of the body you feel are less important as you do into meticulously sculpting and refining each girl's unusually large breasts, then the structure would be of a vastly higher quality. I also feel you don't have a clue what people look like, and can only conclude that the second girl from the right is either a star trek alien or has recently fallen into a vat of orange dye- you couldn't achieve that colour even with copious amounts of spray tan.
All in all, not only is it an art work that inherently promotes tracing and unoriginality, it's poorly executed and you would achieve as much as you've achieved here if you just drew ten oversized floating breasts.
