Here's the newest batch of weapon concepts. As you can see, I've started drawing gun-blades as well. A gun-blade is a kind of sword which has a built-in gun. If anyone of you guys has played Final Fantasy 7 or seen the movie, then you'll know what I'm talking about, but basically it's a sword which can shoot bullets
Please full-view as the smaller picture here doesn't really show off all of the details very well...!!

You are more than welcome to use the concepts or modified versions of them, in your Deviations here on dA, but if you want to use them outside dA you will have to ask me for permission. In any case, please give me some credit in the Artist's Comment if you use it. And please let me know if you submit a deviation with any of the concepts, as I'd love to see how they're used!

Hey dood, those looks quite great but I wanted to specify...Gunblades come from FF8, not 7...Squall and Seifer got gunblades. Ok, Vincent got a gun and Cloud got his huge blade but that doesn't make a gunblade.
I'm just too much of an addict so I couldn't resist saying it... :3

Okay, so I did some research on it and found out that neither Loz nor Yazoo use the Velvet Nightmare gunblades in the game, or so it would seem. I only ever saw the movie, but assumed that as they used the gunblades in the movie, then they must have used them in the game as well.. BUT they do in fact use gunblades.

The three childrens of Jenova from the movie aren't in the ff7 game, and gunblades made their appearance in ff8, that's for sure. They just used them in the movie because it's an awesome weapon :3

Also, the original gunblade, from FF8, wasn't even meant to shoot, just send a tremor through the blade for more cutting power....or something like that I forget exactly, just know it didn't shoot. Sorry fave weapon had to make a comment lol

I remember watching final fantasy 7 (and wanting to touch Cloud's hair all the time 
Neat swords, I especially like the middle one a lot! And amazing amount details as usual!
