I get the feeling that Silver was JUST raised by Shadow. Shadow must have given him a doll once, seeing Silver's attachment to him since he was a kid, that he would sleep soundly at night with the doll when little. Little Silver grew up and now loves (in all fan's favor) Shadow more than a cherished father/brother/friend -like figure. Yup! THis one goes to the favorites folder!
