Description
This is an attempt to redesign the "Mysterious Man " from Mega Man X: Unit 49 to better match with the design patterns of the X series.
His former design:

This person is frequently walking with the leader of the Neo Maverick Army , Saturn , in their hideout beneath an unknown region of the planet. He was hinted to be related to the Green Matter used by Saturn to create his warp holes and burn the mist formed from its particles. He seems to be more cautious with the steps made by the NMA than Saturn himself, and shows a big concern and suspicion regarding the Mavericks who are building power among their ranks, specially their main general, Kerbekeros , who has a tendency of betraying his allies for selfish purposes. The main demand for the strange Jammers sold by The Dealer come from him, since he plans to scatter them through all the planet to block the communication between his enemies... or so he says.
