I just wanted to use my brush pen again...Lance and Ilana from Symbionic Titan go to prom~. Not together because that would be WEIRD as they're posing as siblings, of course

I really love these guys together and it's an awesome show. Now, forgive me in advance forexploding in a fangirly rage.
I can't stand what the creator is doing to me! I heard that he wants to make them just friends, because having them date would be too easy. That's only what I've heard, but it sounded logical, and especially so when Scary Mary premiered and introduced two potential love interests. I thought "sure, these guys aren't so bad, I could see it." But then in the next episode they have Lance talking to Ilana about dates and says she's pretty. Could be friendly, but he aced like he liked her. Then they have Ilana's potential love interest go out with the neck brace girl in the homecoming episode, but Lance's girl gets more screen time, even though she turns him down. To make me even more insane than I already am at this point, the creator has them dance together in a really heartwarming and romantic scene at the end, but Lance still seems to have unresolved issues with the girl. Why does the creator do this to me!?

Particularly given our look into Lance's past recently, I have to wonder if the relationship between them won't ultimately prove to be more like that of siblings than Romantic, but we shall see with time. ^_^ Anywho, as I said before, the color layering is really good, and I really like the delicate touch you put on the line work this time. My only complaint is that the outlines aren't pure black; I get that's intentional, but I always find it distracting when the outlines are colored as they are here. That's just personal preference, though, so

Don't let me worry you about Illana/Lance (I do not know the proper Shipping portmantaeu for it, but I'mma go with Illancea), I mention the theory only 'cuz King Illana'sDad took him under his wing like a second father. Otherwise, I see good Shipping in the future for them...^_^
