Description
This is a commission outside of DA, it was meant to be crossover of Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering ^^The woman is Chandra and the guy is Jace, the so called planeswalkers of the game Magic.
It is very different from what I usually make xD hehe.. but i kinda like this way of coloring (w/o lineart) it's more free that way.. I will still stick to manga next to this though ^w^

But the my love for Lapras took over so sorry for that

This is great. I want to start off by saying the art is impeccable and portrays a great concept. I LOVE how Chandra has an Arcanine but I have to say it made me laugh when I saw that Jace has a Lapras. Nothing against the art, it's drawn absolutely beautifully, I just found it to be hilariously ironic. Great work though!

Yes arcanine was a easy choice for me, his hair and color would match the fire of Chandra perfectly in my head.. i was at a loss when i came to a pokemon for Jace.. in the end i choose Lapras because it can be a very strong and dangerous pokemon even though it may look a bit too cute xp .. hehe i tried to minimize the cuteness ^^' and it happens to be my fav pokemon of all time so was happy to draw it! ^^

You certainly did a great job, and I agree 100 percent about Lapras being such a good pokemon and super cute. When I saw this I just imagined Jace throwing a pokeball like a boss with his cape flowing behind him and Bam! out pops an adorable Lapras. Hehe, I'd personally guess he'd have a Milotic too
