wow, i made this cosplay long time ago, thank you for the comment, the pigtails was made of a tv wire that i found in the garbage because was thick, flexible and at the same time hard xD (i recycle a lot in my cosplays), also glued rolled newspaper sheets and some red fabric for the exterior of them, sorry for the late answer an my bad english haha
