Here is my Next OC! I saw that I didn't include him in my literature but I decided to draw him anyways. His name is Phil, He is a Cyan Army Doctor who has a crush on his boss Olivia the Cyan Leader and heals the Cyan Army soldiers. But what everyone doesn't know is that he is also a spy who spies on people, He is a villain who is both a Cyan Army Doctor and a Cyan Army Spy who stalks people and spies on them. He is like Joanne the Black Army Nurse who is a Black Army Spy who spies on people. Enjoy!Phil belongs to me.
