Her parents were killed by Bandits when she was 3 years old which left her and her 3 siblings orphans and to give Bluegirl and her almost twin brother Bluekid depression. you could tell Bluegirl was cutting as you could tell by the cuts on her wrists. after hearing Zerty and Zoey died from the fakers, Bluegirl decided to kill herself and Bluekid too to join them, they were back to life with wings that they can now fly!
