Some scenes from the first chapter of The Picture of Dorian Gray that I drew in 2019! I really like this doodle set so I don't know why I never posted them here! I think back in 2019 I was trying to keep my dA more doodle free but now I'm fully embracing posting doodles here as well <3 Looking back at this also helps me to see my improvement, which is encouraging ^^TPODG is a book that really captured my imagination when I first read it so I just had to doodle a my interpretation of a few scenes! My design for Basil was inspired by Jeremy Brett's performance as Basil in the 1976 BBC production but a lot younger. That's my favourite adaptation of the book and it's on Youtube so I'd highly recommend giving it a watch!
