I'm sorry...I just HAD to do this
For those who might not get it...
Voice Actor Dante Basco = both Jake Long and Prince Zuko
Voice Actor Mae Whitman = both Rose and Katara.
And after watching both cartoons, you can see situational coincidences that are just plain funny.
(Avatar is owned by Nickelodeon, Jake Long is owned by Disney)
EDIT 7/17/2006 : not exactly avatar related but I noticed disney channel decided to pull a fast one and change the cartoon style of Jake Long.

If Dante ever voiced Frank The Combine Harvester from Cars (which I doubt he ever did, because all of Frank's lines are just angry moos and roars), Frank would chase them all. Thank goodness Dante never voiced Frank!

I LOVE IT! It's SO true! I saw an AMV featuring Jake Long singing while lip synching it to Zuko talking. It looked like Zuko was speaking. It was hilarious! Great Job!

Cool... I wasn't aware of the voice actors IDs but I do think it's interesting. And I HATE the new Jake Long style... The older cartoon style looked so much better. Now it looks like they're all on crack.
