Description
Most of the people say, that TP and SS Link are exaclty the same, I would tell not exactly but almost. There are some differences between them (In this image)... I would note:For example:
Basic: TP Link is left handed, while SS Link is right handed. SS Link is older than TP Link.
Hair: TP Link's hair-bang is placed on the right, while SS Link's hair-bang is placed on the left. TP Link's hair is darker, while SS Link's is a brighter blonde. Also, TP Link's hair bang is less abundant than the SS one .
(Face) Nose, ears, eyes and eye brows: TP Link's nose is more rounder, while the SS Link's nose is more pointy. SS Link's ears are more circular compared to TP's triangular ears. And their eyebrows are a different if you look well...Their eyes are practically the same, however SS Link's eyes are a darker deep blue than TP Link's eyes. You can see some black eyeliner upper the SS Link's eye.
Btw, their outift is similar (thought SS one is brighter), but has some changes too.
Conlusion: So yeah, they're much alike but they're NOT exactly the same!!!

I always find that the model for Twilight Princess, the hair parting is MUCH more angular and defined, SS it doesnt have nowhere near as much of a sharp shape to it, and that the hair lies in different sections

Although you could argue that SS Link has an older style of art that is comparable to the older Zelda games, I would still say that TP Link is older than SS Link. SS Link has a more childish face while TP Link is probably the most adult Link that Nintendo has ever made. I would also say that SS Link is Shorter than TP Link.

And even though SS Link might seen to come from an older time then TP Link I would s till say that from these pictures TP Link is still the most adult looking Link in the Legend of Zelda series.

Well, in one of the first interviews Miyamoto confirmed that SS Link was supposed to be the "oldest" Link yet, so that means that SS Link is a bit older than TP Link! Me neither

TP isn't necessarily older than windwaker. the two games are set in alternative time lines to each other. so they chronologically they could be taking place at the same time.

Too bad SS Link isn't wearing armor... I personally liked the fact that Link wore a chainmail shirt under his tunic.

Oh I see. SS Link's bang seems like a mix between TP Link's bang and WW Link's bang, except in the opposite direction. Personally, my favorite Link design is from Twilight Princess. (Yes, even more than OoT Link's design, but that one comes pretty close.
On an unrelated note, many people don't notice that it's almost a tradition of sorts for the Zelda franchise to have a different style in every game. I guess that is why many were surprised when first seeing the art direction. Even with Majora's Mask having the same engine as Ocarina of Time, MM still had a trippy, halloween-ish, psychadelic style as opposed to OoT's medieval style. (I really love the art direction in Majora's Mask, by the way.)

There are some changes in the suit as well (yes the pants but i feel theres to much on that). Plus, this is the first Link thats right-handed

I like how they meshed wind Waker shading style with Twilight Princess Link, well, it also kind of looks like Ocarina of Time shading, but it reminds me of Wind Wakers shading more.

I like that their going back to a OoT style (not that I didn't like TP) but I kinda wish that they'll keep OoT Link hair style. But I think it's funny how he keeps changing his hair while Mario just keeps his old brown hair due
