well.. Mephiles can morph into anything... and apear anywhere without warning. so yeah with innerrogation and some investigating he will find out about Shadow " secret" with Rouge

But in my world, Shadow will say to Mephiles (if he found out) that just because he likes Rouge (he was "with her" first technically because both were introduced in SA2, and Mephiles came later in 06) doesn't mean he loves him any less.
