Pok-Pok really doesn't have a deep background so far, except that he lives in the frigid northern regions of the world, and he's got quite a short-fuse. He speaks in raging gibberish.

Despite being a small character, Pok-Pok is sure to surprise you. He has sluggish move speed to say the least, and poor dashing. However, he does have an extensive reach due to his barb weapons that can snag opponents and prevent rush-escapes. His short, stout frame makes him hard to hit and still a sturdy fighter.

This took me about two hours, and his design went rather nicely. I never had to fight with the lines, and the most trouble I had was on the decision of the beige shades to use.
