I wanted to make really good Scout using only MS Paint, and for once not starring his precious bat- so here it is.

I spent a REALLY long time on this; because artists absolutely loathe their own work, I can't tell if it's better than my other stuff at the moment. Either way, I know I put a lot of effort into it, no matter how crappy that Scattergun (FaN in this ver.) turned out
