GIMP Eye TutorialAs you may have noticed, this is =XxCINDERxX 's eye tutorial. But I offered to re-do it in GIMP for GIMP users. So I did. AND IT TOOK ME AEGS, 2 HOURS OF THE MOST [adding the glitch with the colours that took me some time to fix.] AND IF YOU STEAL YOU WILLFACE THE CONSEQUENCES. So I figured out how to do it on GIMP, I'm so smart <3 Sooo, anyhow, I hope it works. If you've tried it, please send me your finishing results!
This will only work on GIMP. So don't try it on PaintShopPro or Photoshop.

I tried it with my fursona (her eyes are lime green..maybe it was too bright for it or something..) I'm not liking it, but it is my first try... what do you think?

Hi. I think it looks fine, and you did well. Although, you should do the feathery dots more near the pupil as it will look better in your style. perhaps you'll like it then?

When I try to do the bit with the magic wand, it doesnt change transparent. o.o
and I dont use GIMP very often, so I dont get how it all works >.<

OK, this shouldn't happen, but I'll tell you how to do it another way.
Start off with a transparent layer (instead of a white one) and draw your lineart and pupil, then colour the outside of your eye in white.
