Style: sexy / battle pose using her powers (not that she really needs it, but it make great special effects to use it,)
Accessories: Asian style monks staff, metallic silver, curved top, enlarged snowflake in middle
Color Scheme: glacier blues, white, lots of shimmer
Season: Winter - if not soon will be where she's battling.

Female
frost fairy (ice version of the Wasp)
Considers traditional heroine bodysuit far to WARM. Prefers ice themed one piece style bikini or monokini. Pouts can't use the skimpier (can't
much cooler - temperature that she would prefer.)
Has mask just because looks good.

It may not be what he was thinking when he made the comment but this is what it came to my head.

With all the information I thought that the best way to design her was this, it's like a futuristic character with an old style clothes like where the asian style monks staff that he requested.

I introduced the metalic silver parts like a robotic armor and I made the fabrics in a shiny way.

It was a really challenging design and I enjoyed a lot.
