When they'd been riding out a few days earlier, along with the most perfect spider's web found by Arctic, Simon had spotted a rather nice flat area of grass that would be perfect for the next part of training. So, with nothing but glee, he returned a few days later to sort his mount out and pop out with the fluffy stallion, feeling it would be easier bareback. Plus he was just lazy that way.

Going, Arctic was an angel, never trying anything even with his rider slipping around a little on soft fur. He warmed up perfectly when they reached their little area but it was soon time for the best bit. With Simon balanced, reins tied and the stallion responsive, the Scot urged him into a canter. All was well for the first few strides, Si balancing well on his nice, gentle lope, arms poised on instinct as if a bow was in his hands. But then it came. That one blade of grass in the pasture that's too good to be passed up, and Arctic wasn't having any more of this running lark. He slammed on the breaks and came to a sliding stop just in front of his new prize, head quickly dropping to snaffle it up, leaving Simon clinging on for dear life.

Sorry this isn't as good as the others, but I'm just about dead and I've had little time today. Still, I really wanted to finish this, cause it makes me giggle. I'll probably go back and shade it later, but hopefully this'll do for now :3 Shaded it now XD I hate leaving things unshaded for some reason; they just don't feel finished.
