Description
Had this running around my head, felt like doing something. So I took a shot a making a stamp.
Since I am not a subscriber I can't use it, but feel free to.
EDIT: Comments telling me to alter a piece done at 2 am in 2007, referencing the common feeling among creatives when talking about characters and their development will not be responded to.
Even when making it I was not aiming to disparage anyone, or promote the 'cool' factor in dealing with a serious mental difference.
Any issue you take with this piece are your own.
Update: Congrats kids, comments disabled. I am not arguing with anyone, I am just seriously tired of the persistent peanut gallery.

Also, what the bleeding hell is wrong with everyone in the comments section?
Why the hell are you pretending to suffer from mental illnesses?
It's not funny.

A lot of times I feel really hyper and crazy but6 on other times I'm really sensitive and a little shy in real life XD

dreameroftheblue In reply to Maddi-Sans [2014-09-15 20:57:39 +0000 UTC]
dude, that's just changing moods and a natural part of living, not an actual mental disorder. multiple personality disorder can include depression, mood swings, anxiety, sleep disorders, and feeling suicidal (a lot worse than just feeling 'hyper' and 'shy', you can agree?) so please don't use the term lightly or to describe your neurotypical mind, okey?Β

I don't know why people are getting offended! I have multiple personalities and it doesn't bother me. Heck, even if I didn't have them, I still would be bullied from my interests and appearance. People who don't have it get so offended trying to defend someone who isn't bothered by it.

AstroWildcat In reply to FluffyShadowPaw [2014-12-12 23:47:43 +0000 UTC]
It's because there are people in the comments section pretending to have this problem, when they really don't.
And that kind of shit can actually be considered offensive in some cases.

Do you have it?
And it's not all that bad. It does get annoying after a while...(talking as a person who has it)

AquosBoost In reply to Nami-no-Hanna [2014-04-11 20:18:16 +0000 UTC]
Yes, I do. It makes it very difficult to function properly in society and it's an absolutely horrible thing to have. It's not "annoying" at all. Annoying is a severe understatement.

Hi, there's a compelling documentary on YouTube about Multiple Personality Disorder from 1993 if you may or may not have seen it. I don't have it myself, but watching it revealed the immeasurable pain & suffering people with this condition have been through. Pain that nobody should ever have to experience that destroys lives.

I have depression & a measure of anxiety myself. Only until recently I'm starting to come off my medication, even though I have another 6-month prescription.

I have to talk to people because I have to go to school. I'm constantly a danger to the learning of others and I've tried explaining that but my parent's don't have the disorder so they don't understand.

Nami-no-Hanna In reply to AquosBoost [2014-04-11 23:46:01 +0000 UTC]
That's alright. I completely understand. When I was still in public school (I'm homeschooled now) I was very erratic. It's very difficult to work with when you have it. But I support the people who have it so they know they aren't alone. C:

Yes, it's so hilarious that we find people who think they're cool and edgy by "supporting" serious disorders that cause real people genuine pain, strife, hardship, and makes their lives near too difficult to live out tasteless.
Knock, knock, it's the real world: Mental disorders are not like how they're portrayed by your precious "antiheroes" and "goofballs" in fantasyland. Why don't you pause that Three Days Grace AMV for just a second, take a break from all the black and red, and actually do real research.

It's just that I understood your opinion and where your getting at.
To be honest, I have no disorders what so ever, just socially awkward.
People tend to lie about their disorders, in order to get attention or just to make them look 'insane', or as so they speak.
that mostly comes from those neko people
The only problem I have is opening up to people, and that's about it.Β and It's not a disorder, it's just capable life problems.Β
knock knock,
life's calling. better go answer it, my fellow disorder friends.

Yes, we've all got our quirks, it's part of being human. No one's perfect.
But yeah, a bunch of weeaboos talking about how "lolol insane" they are because their favorite character or something is, is quite sickening.

It's not quirky, or funny, or "cool", to have DID. It doesn't make you interesting, it's a terrible disorder that needs a proper diagnosis, and it's fucking sick to joke about it.Β
