when i first read this, i thought of sanji, but the line "im sorry i couldnt do more to protect the crew from getting separated... but we're all together now, right?" made me think that a captain should be saying something like that....... so im going with luffy (btw- i have no one paired with nami in my mind, so this is not my fangirl talking
