Collab with my bro , happy 10th anniversary to our friendship!

We had finally the guts to combine our own main drawing mediums: Digital and traditional~ (and it turned out so awesomely I love it!!!)

Before I start babbling, who did what?

Nala: Sketch & lines of Jua and Avarus, Relines (due printing issues) & colouration of Malakay and Raphael

me: General idea, sketch & lines of Malakay and Raphael, colouration of Jua and Avarus, final edit

10 years ago on the 24th March 2010 - yes due time and other issues we didn't make it in the perfect time, but that describes us pretty well.

Anyway! At that day I got the very first comment from her on one of my artworks. (Chibi Kovu, I remember~)

The first conversations on here were gold: Questions about dA, how it works because Nala was new, about the weather at our places (?! this is probably the funniest to me :'D) and other small talks. Every conversation held over dA comments, sometimes notes. Pretty old fashioned~

At some point we moved over to skype and chat there, later whatsapp, we decided to write letters and send gifts to each other on our birthdays, until we also finally meet in real life for the first time in 2015. I was excited and nervous at the same time.

Money, time and distance issues made it hard to meet frequently and now, after I moved to my bf which made the distance a way shorter we actually planned to go on holidays together this year, but well..... that didn't happen, for obvious reasons. But it's on our bucket list!

I never had a friend like this with whom I could share everything openly. No matter if it's about fun videos and memes, movies and stories or even music. And we don't even share the same taste in music and yet, she never made me feel bad about my black hardrock/metal heart.    It's great to have someone who fangirls with you when you happily talk about something only you are interested in.

But now let's be honest, Nala, I haven't seen you as my friend anymore for a long while now. In my eyes you are part of my family and I'd never want to miss you!

Thanks so much for so many great times we've spent together and also thanks for dealing with me when I'm at my worst. (Must be horrible, I'd have probably tried to escape from me, so kudos to you! )

Ah man, that got cheesier than expected, bro I hate you. -A-)/ ♥ (important to keep the balance in our broship!)
