Description
A two hour speedpaint/study. The picture was taken when one of my friends found a turtle in the street and while everyone was explaining to him that wild turtles do not make good pets I had time to take a couple of pictures. The little critter was then released close to a local marsh

I do like this. Quite a lot. It looks just like a turtle I knew rather intimately myself, in that a US N/A family I married into had an adult son (of thirteen adult 'kids' and their kids, mine included) also find one on the road. He immediately took it home to cook overnight and eat the next day. I never thought I'd even try it, but... enough. Was good. Was hungry. Also the clan was a turtle clan. Whatever... I NEED this painting, and you must be awfully fast (and good) with your paints and 'Ps'-ing!
