what is this? It looks like it might be an organism of some kind

It looks to me like a huge lightweight organism that drifts high above the ground the more opaque membranes are it's organ filled body. To keep itself light and thin, it has lots of small organs across it's body instead of a large one of each. the more translucent membranes I first thought were flat and maybe used for catching condensation water and micro organisms, but on closer inspection, they are clearly gas bladders for lift. Around the edges I can see that the veiny looking parts are hairy so the filter feeding idea still stands. I just realized the green parts look like long tubes extending into the ocean below so maybe this is actually a super tall plant? Although why two tubes? Maybe this organism kind of walks on the water's surface with these long structures.
