For Anime Boston 2010, the Outer Senshi Sailor Saturn and Pluto.Outfits were designed and constructed by me, Silence Glaive and Garnet Rod created with much help from my father.

They're covers over pumps. I didn't make the base shoes though...just painted Saturn's purple to match.
