not to long ago, it rained pretty good for atleast 24 hours and the streat our house is on was flooded, maybe like a foot under water... and winter suposed to be our dry season

SAME HERE! Our dry season in Haiti is the winter. Right now, the sky is really blue but there are clouds over the mountains behind our house, so it's probably raining there pretty hard.
