I'm running out of words.. but I'm really glad you mentioned the rusty screw... I thought it's a nice dependence to Trust: Love (Rust/Purity)
And yeah.. I just can agree... love is complex. It's almost a sum of hate and symphathy... even more complex... and perhaps even more sensless than the most feelings.

The rust metal seems to give some "matière", some density to the evanescence of a foggy place... Same for love, an emotion from ether.
I don't what "separated" is a reference for. Is it about separation from your love, or separation from the emotion of love, or separation between the different 'faces' of love..? This pic just leads to many questions

Nice arrangement. Looks like you peeled some skin off your waterlogged finger, so the seashell makes sense.
The fingerprints on the glass seem to have been used as paint.

I etched my skin with acid... it looks even more cruel just at the moment, so perhaps, if I don't loose my hand, I'll try to make a second picture with different arrangement. (:
