You've really managed to capture the secrecy between young and old; they are the ones with knowledge of what we were and what we will eventually become when we pass away.
But then again, the man isn't very old, so I also get the feeling that he is simply comforting her, which make the photo very simple and it once again captures a common, well known moment.
