In my own story called Creativerse they are a race i made called the Celestials. I mean there are so many races called Celestials. There are many others like it, but this is mine.

Ryujin, the Dragon King, he brings a new meaning to phrase unstopable force, his strength is has few rival's, only Exidus, Lord Slider, and Cypher have the power to rival and control such rage. He has a seconddary form called Dragon Force (Or the hakiashin mod on DBX2M).
His attack's are
Dragon Force Striker=Black Kamehameha
Dragon Ahnialation= A crimson red Supernova cooler
Dragon Roar: Omega Roar
Draco Flight
Wyvern Bullet
Ahnialation Bomber=Yellow Cluster Shell's
Devastation Beam: Galic Gun
The reason I put real attacks besides Ryujins is show what they might look like

I picture him as being a AKuma type character, Lots of Offensive and Deffensive cappabilities but not very fast

The way i see him is that Slider is extremely irratated that he can not find any strong fighter that he can call a rival, so he goes up to Exidus and ask's or demands that a warrior be created that could bring him a battle that could finally bring him the thrill he so longed for. He get's his wish and Ryujin is born.
