Great job on this one! The hand posing needs a little work, but I still really struggle with that myself, so I wouldn't worry. XNA is really limited with posing so it takes a good few tries to get it right. I still spend forever fixing the hand posing on my xna images! Reference images definitely help. 

Still, excellent job!
