Description
I stripped off slowly and stepped inside
Found the glass walls of the house of lies
The terrors reflected on every wall
The wicked dancing in a great hall
I wandered around and felt no fear
Nobody would touch me here
Deep inside my personal hell
Where the fallen come with goods to sell
Here I was, exposed and bare
No one to look, no one to care
I stepped outside and stayed unclothed
To expel the demons that I loathed
I walked the streets both night and day
Whether the sky were blue or grey
I spoke to others of what I'd seen
Exposing the truths behind the scene
And as I spoke I felt it lift
The heavy feeling began to shift
Though condemned I felt no fear
I did not shed a single tear
Because once the truth became exposed
I felt relieved and quite composed
For now there's nothing left to hide
Now I am free to walk outside.
