In the artist's comments, I was talking about a really fucked-up world where old retro-looking characters lived together and tried to kill each other.
I hit an art block, so I tried to make some random designs for characters.

I actually ended up liking all of them! I made all of them up on the spot, except for the first one, I've been thinking of a design for her for a while.

These are literally the most fucked up characters I have ever created ever.
For a setting, I was thinking all these guys lived together in some weird resort. The first dude owns the resort, and the others are "staying" there.

The character's names, from left to right, are:
Susan, Lillian, Arthur, and Frances.

-Susan appears to be a peppy, whimsical, eccentric hotel owner, but beneath her exterior lies the most dangerous, screwed-up one in the hotel. First, Susan is a sociopath, and cares only of her well-being. She enjoys murdering others, and she REALLY loves to make far-out, unique methods of death; her favourite killing method is to create a Rube Goldberg sort of thing, but she is just fine with dropping a piano over someone. She desires control and to be a dictator, which is pretty much how she runs her resort. She covers her selfish, greedy, murderous motives with her energetic and "caring" exterior.
Susan also has a crush on Frances. A really sick, twisted, fucked-up crush.

-Lillian is the classiest Hellhound ever. She is sophisticated, polite, and carries an air of superiority. It is also obvious that she hates everyone in the resort (she hates Arthur the least because he acts like a gentleman). Lillian has a set of firm character traits that she believes every decent being should have, and her standards are VERY high and strict; she treats anyone who doesn't have them with disrespect. Her belief of the perfect being has become so obsessive and warped that she tries to kill anyone who does not conform to these. She is VERY strong and muscular, so she can easily drop an anvil on someone or rip their head off or something.

-Arthur is a short and plump little frilled gecko. He tries to act like a true gentleman: he is polite, kind, and charming to all. He always makes sure he is dressed, looks, and acts formal; he owns many suits. He stays in the penthouse of the resort. Arthur is also very greedy: he expects everyone to give him what he wants, and he always makes sure he gets what he wants, whether he bribes or threatens someone. Arthur is a Cannibal, and he always tries to find a way to get the flesh of others because he believes he deserves it. His favourite method of killing is using firearms and knives.

-Frances is the only non-murderous occupant of the resort. They are meek, shy, introverted, sweet, and scared of everyone. Frances is always watching their back: they believe something is always out to get them, and they're probably right. Staying at the resort has left Frances with schizophrenic tendencies: they hear voices, they believe that a small butterfly guardian angel is watching over them, and they are seriously depressed and suicidal. Frances does not kill others, but they harm themself, which Susan tries to "help" with though therapy and medication. Frances is terrified of everyone, but they are absolutely scared shitless by Susan.
Frances also refuses to take their clothes off, so they've been wearing that same sweater for like a year.

I CAN'T BELIEVE I MADE THESE CHARACTERS, WOW.
Also Susan won't let anyone leave the resort once they check in, she also considers them all a big "family".
