Hello my name is Madi and I am addicted to character concepts.

Meet my Battlebird! I drew original concepts for her in my ~*~*french class~*~*, but school's over now and I decided to develop on her more.

She's a heavily genetically engineered and mechanically enhanced bird. Well, her original strand of DNA was a species of bird, but it was spliced with many other kinds of animals in order to create the ultimate fighter. For example, she was combined with human DNA in order to gain a bipedal build, and she also seems to retain a human-like memory capacity; unfortunately, her brain is poorly developed, and she can only evoke very basic emotions as of now (nothing complicated like jealousy, just things like aggression and possibly pleasure).

Battlebird is a living creature, but she is heavily mechanized. For example, a few of her organs contain mechanical parts due to failure and strengthening; because she is so newly developed, she requires daily maintenance. Because of the heat her body produces, she must release the heat on many areas of her body: her main area of release is multiple holes located across the inside of her "wings" which she uses as one of her battle weapons.

She is built to be the ultimate powerhouse: she is incredibly strong, and is currently able to lift objects 10x her weight and counting (trust me, she is heavy). She can jump fairly high heights with her spring-like legs, which she likes to use to crush opponents by landing on them and driving them into the ground. She packs a huge punch with her hand-like "wings", which are actually made from a peculiar substance that feels quite rubbery. She likes to release heat from her wings to burn her opponents, and she is incredibly hard to knock down due to her weight and perseverance. She has very sharp eye-sight, as well as wrap-around ears that can hear very insignificant noises.

Because she is a newly created, and still in-development creation, she has many flaws. Most of her flaws are areas of her body that are the least mechanized, such as her face, wings, and areas on her body that are not covered in the thick armor. Her wings contain many nerve endings, and if they were damaged (especially at the area where her wings connect to her shoulders), she would need intensive care. She also cannot stand it when her eyes are damaged. Another drastic weakness is her ability to withstand natural terrain: she was built to thrive in fabricated environments, and she could never last long in natural environmental with changing weather. She also experiences multiple problems with body functions daily, and usually needs to be repaired.

(I like how she's not even an actual character (yet), and I thought up so much stuff about her. I have more, but I am NOT writing everything down wow

Also, does anyone have any name suggestions? I don't want to call her Battlebird all the time, she will probably have a number code as her true name, but I want her to have a nickname that people know her by.

If people like her, i may make her into an actual character :> )
