Yup, I'm not hoarding only items - I'm hoarding quests, too, and I'm beginning to have ridiculous amount of them. This thing here has happened to me so often lately that I'm seriously starting to consider making notes while playing.
I usually accept quests as I come across them but often I don't have time or opportunity to complete them right at the moment. So, after finishing ten other quests hours and hours later when I finally stumble upon the quest item, I might not have any recollection of who gave me the quest or where I can find them again. And let me tell you: playing two different characters at the same time doesn't help much either.

ahh quest overload... especially worse when you end up stuck with a quest building a hoard of talos amulets you cannot drop and previous completed quest interfere with the bosses having items now for other quests..

That's my list of misc. quests that're bugged because I found the quest item before receiving the quest.

what happens to me is that in thetime it takes me to finish a quest, i gain another one plus 5 misc. quests

My brother is having the problem of having quests stacking up constantly, so I've decided to do them as soon as I get them when I can - it works though!

I hoard quests and items, but I remember EVERYTHING. Gods know why, I think I only forgot a NPC name once. It takes "room" from more important things, like, what was that my mother told me to do a few seconds ago? hahahahhaha.

This happened to me--I found some dead guy and suddenly I was suppose to report his death to his family--but I didn't know who the heck his family was...still haven't found them either. Dang misc. quests...they really do pile up.

I was so lost in side quests that I finally buckled down and worked on the main questline. Now i'm back to doing side quests to beef myself up for Skuldafn.
Because I went there once and almost died in about 15 minutes. I decided to fuck that noise and reloaded my last save back in safe Whiterun. xD

Actually, hoarding quests is a good thing. That way, you don't have to run around looking for them or go back to an old dungeon you've already cleared. Heck, I talk to every npc I meet just to see if they have any quests for me.
