Yup, I'm not hoarding only items - I'm hoarding quests, too, and I'm beginning to have ridiculous amount of them. This thing here has happened to me so often lately that I'm seriously starting to consider making notes while playing.
I usually accept quests as I come across them but often I don't have time or opportunity to complete them right at the moment. So, after finishing ten other quests hours and hours later when I finally stumble upon the quest item, I might not have any recollection of who gave me the quest or where I can find them again. And let me tell you: playing two different characters at the same time doesn't help much either.

I seem to have a habit of starting as many quests as I can before I bother to complete them. Meaning, among other things, I try my hardest to join every guild before I actually start on any of their quests.
That ain't easy when so many quests intersect (Golden Claw and Bleak Falls Barrow) or the sheer number of side and miscellaneous quests.
I expect I'm going to get those "sidetracked" achievements before Dragon Rising, at least.

Ha, ha! This reminds me of me in Skyrim. I seem to be hoarding main quests at the moment, as well as a slightly overgrown list of misc quests to boot. I wonder if I can complete them all? Probably not. Maybe a good number, though. Nice one page comic, btw.

I can't recall the amount of times I had to pull up google just to find the NPC I need to finish said quest. xD

You know, it's kind of enough to drive you mad. You start out in one city, go through the quests with a fine comb (if you're like me), and those quests inevitably take you to multiple other cities. As soon as you're in a different city, rinse and repeat....

YES. Exactly. I think every Skyrim player has this problem.
After I finish a mini-quest, I usually have ten more added to my list. It's like a list of chores that I can never get done...

I like side quests! That was until I took this annoying quest which I started yesterday (I found something in a box which looked interesting) and I almost finished it but there has a bug which just kills me...

Me too.. i began to dodge qests in the new city, when i was doing something. For example i had a qeust in Riften, and all those new quest good lord

Nope, they're green - truthfully most of my characters (in almost every game) have green eyes and reddish hair. I just seem to like them...

Also, this is why the quest marker/active quest feature is my best friend in Skyrim.
