I decided to test my "emergency painting system" (since my PC is about to sing its swan song, apparently) and finish this painting of my Imperial thief/assassin Brenna Martes I started a while back. Luckily I managed to kick some life into my old laptop which has an older version of Photoshop installed but painting this was still quite a pain. I'm missing all my CS5 brushes, tools and functions - heck, even the toolbar felt all wonky - and I have to recalibrate the screen because the contrast is waaay too low and thanks to that everything I create actually ends up looking super dark. It's funny how one can get so used to a certain program...
Ah well, can't complain too much. At least I still have one working painting software to use if things go south and this PC dies on me. If nothing else, I should be able to continue working on my commissions at last. So here, have some assassin-ish crouching on the rooftops of Imperial City.

Maybe I should invest more time in this game (I only played for a few hours, then Skyrim came on the scene
...But then again, I just got Dishonored and it looks like it will keep me busy for a while also, but that's not necessarely a bad thing
Any change your going to play that game in the near future?
I think it's a great game, it's like AC, but also with the texture feel of Bioshock...

Yeah, with high enough acrobat skill you can take some mad leaps and end up on the roof... 
About Dishonored... maybe. I've looking forward to that game since summer but unfortunately I'm having a bit tight schedule at the moment. I'm hoping to get the game in next couple of months, though, so I get to enjoy some steampunk assassinating myself.
And the PC - well, honestly I'm not even sure what's wrong with it. Sometimes everything just freezes so that I can't use either mouse or keyboard, and then after a while a blue screen appears and the whole system shuts itself down. Sometimes it's Photoshop, sometimes a YouTube video, sometimes just scrolling down a Tumblr/DeviantART page - I really haven't been able to pinpoint that well what triggers it. Last time the blue screen whined something about display driver crashing, but I just updated every single driver last week so I'm not sure what to do...

As for the computer, it could be indeed a motherboard problem, unless you got a dedicated graphics card, then that would probably be the issue. You could swap it out for another one and see if the errors still occur. Best guess for me would be that it indeed is something motherboard related though...
