lasso tool, slanted texture brush and sharpen tool. 

I randomize the lasso tool to create the silhouette of a random polygon, i choose the lightest side and darkest side, and then everything falls together after that. 

I think ill make a video soon.

Some of these form studies appear to be done without studying a real life object/ you didn't look at something and paint them. I was wondering how would someone go about practicing form?
