Maybe it's a kinetic one only applied for metals, or magnetic one, because whe can use only in those metal rounded blades... Well, if you doing a manga with 108 different powers, there's so a pathethic one's or maybe not... the question here is how the user can develop that powers...

very true, for instance the power to move your arms really fast seems like a somewhat mundane power but having the ability to move your hands at high speeds means you don't waste money on a smoothy maker
