I used photoshop to add a bit more yellowish tent to it, and i also added a "lens flare" to each one of the lights to get that glare in them that sparkles. The lens flare really added to the picture in a great way. Thanks for your appreciation of the picture.

Good context for the words, they should almost be put in quote beneath the piece, to make a statement.
Also, consider retaking this shot with the subject closer to the camera. Might bring out what the quote could mean better.
