Well, basically its the same thing as getting a regular avatar. Of course, I first asked the creator if I could use it, then I saved it onto my computer. Then, when I'm going to change my avatar, I click Browse and click on the gif. You save and then, DONE! I'm typing this off of the top of my head because I haven't changed my avatar since like...EVER. Hopefully that made sense to you!
