Everthought about making an human-dinosaur hybrid? The face of your Rex has some very human traits which would look great with the right body (evil dinosaur lawyer in a suit or something)..

Thanks! I was going for a T Rex but I still see very much of Velociraptor in this...I don't think I've quite cracked the T Rex code yet.

Hmm, I guess there is a little bit of raptor in there, but that jaw and muzzle definitely belongs to a T. Rex. I think all you really need to do is make the top of his head by his eyes just a little broader with a little less flare on the eye ridges. I'm sure it'll be perfect in no time. ^^
