Thanks! The skin of the building, under the dimples, is blue, so a nice red filter emphasises the dimples, and darkens the sky.

as this is an architecture shot, it's bad to have composition take focus away from the architecture, at least in my understanding.

I can see what you mean. I'm loathe to manipulate my photos (i.e. add/remove features) so hopefully I'll get a 'cleaner' image next time I shoot there. Thanks for the comments!
